Summary: St Kilda might be 11th on the ladder but they are just one win from the top eight and are as close to full fitness as they have been all season. The Saints emerged from a nailbiter against Adelaide with the four points and their credibility well and truly intact. But they will need more than that against Hawthorn, who continued their record of bouncing back immediately from defeat to comprehensively outplay Richmond. The Hawks are young, enthusiastic, free-flowing and fast and have beaten every side which would be likely to pose a challenge to them in September. Whether it's the youngsters who have inspired the veterans or vice versa, players like experienced midfielder Shane Crawford are in peak form as are big forward Lance Franklin and Jarryd Roughead.

Key: The last match between these two teams was a snore-fest. If this is a goal-fest, the Hawks will be heavily favoured. Tip - Hawthorn by 20 points
