Summary It was Adelaide who pushed West Coast over the edge with a 76-point thumping in round two, and the Eagles have been in freefall since, although last week's effort to get within a goal of North Melbourne was commendable. Now the Crows have the chance to book-end an eight-game losing streak for West Coast, who only once before (2001) have endured such a tough run. Organised and precise, Adelaide are nicely positioned in fourth spot, with all the focus on the three unbeaten Victorian sides. They also boast more firepower than in previous seasons, and the two forward threats of Kurt Tippett and Brett Burton should provide too many concerns for the home side, given the pristine supply they should receive.
Key Subiaco has been a nightmare venue for the Crows in the past two years, given the late-season bath they copped from West Coast in 2006 and last year's one-point defeat to Fremantle. But if there's a place where good running and kicking sides prosper, the trip to the west should be a good one. Tip Adelaide by 32 points
